Daylie 계정 삭제 안내 · How to delete your Daylie account

Daylie 계정은 앱이나 웹사이트에서 직접 지우실 수 있고, 이메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다. 계정을 지우면 아래의 정보가 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

1. 앱에서 지우기

Daylie 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
아래쪽 설정을 누릅니다.
맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누르고, 확인 창에서 삭제를 누릅니다.

2. 앱 없이 웹사이트에서 지우기

dayliesimple.web.app에 접속해 앱에서 쓰던 계정으로 로그인합니다.
설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.

3. 이메일로 요청하기

로그인할 수 없으면 gil4him@gmail.com으로 가입하신 이메일 주소와 함께 “계정 삭제”를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 지우고 결과를 알려드립니다.

지워지는 정보

계정 정보(이름, 이메일, 로그인 정보)와 설정
내가 찍은 사진과 사진에 딸린 기록(시각, 위치, 장소명, 사진 메모)
내가 남긴 하트와 한마디, 부모님께 보낸 사진
가족 연결, 알림 기록, 알림을 받기 위한 기기 정보

남는 정보와 보관 기간

부모님 기록은 따로 지워야 합니다. 부모님 기록은 다른 가족도 함께 볼 수 있어서 계정 삭제로 함께 지워지지 않습니다. 부모님을 등록한 가족(보호자)이 설정 → 부모님 삭제에서 지울 수 있고, 그러면 부모님의 사진과 기록이 모두 지워집니다.
부모님 기록에 남긴 동의 기록과 중요한 작업 기록(누가 언제 연결·삭제했는지)은 그 부모님 기록이 지워질 때까지 남습니다.
백업 사본에서 지워지기까지 최대 30일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

계정은 두고 일부만 지우기

사진 한 장: 사진을 열고 오른쪽 위 ⋯ → 삭제
한마디: 내가 남긴 한마디 옆의 지우기
부모님 기록 전체: 설정 → 부모님 삭제

Deleting your Daylie account (English)

In the app: open Daylie, sign in, tap 설정 (Settings) at the bottom, then 계정 삭제 (Delete account) and confirm.

Without the app: sign in at dayliesimple.web.app with the same account and go to 설정 → 계정 삭제.

By email: write to gil4him@gmail.com from or about the account's email address. We delete it within 7 days and confirm.

Deleted: your account (name, email, sign-in), settings, your photos and their time, place and notes, the hearts, comments and photos you sent, your family links, notifications and push device tokens.

Kept: a parent's record you registered is shared with other family, so it is deleted separately (설정 → 부모님 삭제), which removes all of that parent's photos and records. Consent and audit entries on a parent's record stay until that record is deleted. Backup copies are cleared within 30 days.

Partial deletion: delete a single photo from its ⋯ menu, a comment with 지우기, or a parent's whole record from 설정 → 부모님 삭제.
